Schneider Electric's Access to Energy Business Development Intern role offers hands-on experience in expanding energy access across Africa and emerging markets. You'll join a global team in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, and contribute to market analysis, partnerships, and business cases.

The program combines learning paths, mentorship, and exposure to strategic initiatives in energy access and rural electrification.

Competenze

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Able to conduct structured market research and present clear business recommendations.

Mansioni

Identify and assess new business opportunities in Africa and other emerging markets.
Conduct market, competitor and ecosystem analysis related to decentralized energy solutions.
Support qualification and follow-up of the commercial opportunity pipeline, including market potential and stakeholder mapping.
Map potential customers, partners, NGOs, development agencies, financial institutions and energy developers; contribute to partnerships strategies.
Contribute to business cases, customer presentations, strategic analyses and management reporting.
Support strategic initiatives and projects related to energy access and rural electrification.
