Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods in the Netherlands is seeking a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead store teammates and drive engagement in loyalty programs. You’ll deliver fast, friendly checkout and cultivate athlete relationships while coaching front-line staff and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities include developing 30-60-90 day plans, scheduling, and enforcing safety and merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience in leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences through product knowledge and service.
• Lead store operations, staffing, and scheduling to meet goals.
• Develop and execute 30-60-90 day plans with the store leadership team.
• Coach and develop teammates, uphold safety and loss-prevention policies.
