Boston Scientific is seeking a strategically focused marketing and portfolio leader for Endoscopy across the Central Western Cluster (Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg). You will identify market opportunities, define strategic priorities, and translate insights into impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen our market position.

Formación

• Minimum several years in product management or strategic marketing in medical tech.
• Strong strategic thinking, market intelligence and data-driven decision making.
• Experience launching and growing Endoscopy or related medical devices.

Responsabilidades

• Take strategic ownership of product and portfolio management across the Central Western Cluster.
• Develop and execute regional marketing and growth strategies translating European plans to market priorities.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitive developments and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Plan and manage product launches from positioning to adoption.
• Manage the portfolio lifecycle using feedback, metrics and business data.
• Collaborate with sales, European marketing and cross-functional teams across countries.
