Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, marketing, natural sciences, biomedical engineering or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in product management or strategic marketing, ideally within medical technology or healthcare.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with ability to translate insights into priorities and actions.

Responsibilities

• Take strategic ownership of product and portfolio management for Endoscopy across the Central Western Cluster (Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg).
• Develop and execute regional marketing and growth strategies translating European strategies into market-specific priorities.
• Systematically analyze market dynamics, competitive developments, customer needs and trends to identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Plan and manage product launches and marketing initiatives from market positioning to adoption.
• Strategically manage and optimize the portfolio throughout the product life cycle using market data and feedback.
• Collaborate with sales, European marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful initiatives and ensure execution.
