Job summary

Jibe Ventures is seeking a hands-on video producer who can take a video from idea to finished cut. You shoot and edit end-to-end and own the process from planning the shoot to delivering the final cut.

You’ll create social-first content across formats (short verticals to YouTube), craft strong hooks and pacing, and adapt edits to each platform. A fast, independent worker who loves AI-powered tools will thrive in our small, fun team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on video production from concept to final cut.
• Strong understanding of hooks and platform-specific pacing.
• Ability to create social-first content across formats.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit video end to end, from planning to final cut.
• Create ads with strong hooks and tight pacing.
• Produce social-first videos across formats (16:9, 1:1, 9:16).
• Repurpose longer videos into sharp clips with editorial judgment.
• Deliver polished edits in multiple aspect ratios for each platform.
• Stay on top of trends and AI-powered production tools.
