Job summary

European Space Agency in Noordwijk, Netherlands, seeks an End-to-End Navigation System Engineer to lead SI&V across Galileo, Celeste LEO-PNT, and OpStar programs. You will define test plans, guide validation activities, and ensure robust system integration from design to deployment.

Requires a Master’s in Telecommunication Engineering and 4+ years in GNSS/PNT, with hands-on experience in test beds and simulators.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
• 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with GNSS and PNT architectures.
• Experience in preparation of test plans and hardware/software test campaigns.
• Knowledge of Galileo signals and SI&V processes.

Responsibilities

• Define SI&V strategies and test campaigns across Galileo, Celeste LEO-PNT, and OpStar.
• Provide system design & validation support for AIT/AIV processes.
• Operate ESTEC Navigation Laboratory facilities (G2STB, RFCS, TURNs) for SIS testing and end-to-end verification.
• Support commissioning and in-flight operations, LEOP and IOT activities, and manage non-conformances.
• Contribute to validation methodologies and tools, and participate in CDR, TRR, and AR reviews.
