MonFri, an Amsterdam-based employer branding and recruitment marketing agency, seeks an Employer Brand Strategist to lead strategy, content development, and client presentations. You will translate client briefs into actionable plans, oversee creative execution, and ensure the brand message stays consistent across campaigns and assets.

You bring 3–6 years in strategy or creative roles, excel in writing strategic outputs, and collaborate closely with founders and the Head of Strategy to deliver

Qualifications

• Three to six years of experience in a strategic or creative role around recruitment, employer branding or behavioural change.
• You can write a strategy and develop strong content, asking makers for what you need.
• You are proactive and push things forward without being asked.
• You spot opportunities and turn them into solid proposals.
• You present with conviction at the client table and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Thinking & advising: determine client needs and select the right approach.
• Independently turning client briefings into a plan: audience, message, channels.
• Developing content frameworks and strategies that bring an employer brand to life.
• Creating and making: campaign concepts, formats, and series.
• Steering execution: briefing makers and guarding quality from idea to asset.
• Presenting your work to clients and contributing to pitches.
• Contributing to pitches and spotting opportunities with existing clients.
