AmerisourceBergen in the Netherlands is hiring for Customer Service Employees. Three vacancies are available: 1 full-time and 2 part-time.

You will manage daily operations for pharmaceutical customers, handling order entry, invoicing, and inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams like warehouse and transport planning. The role requires at least MBO+ / HBO in a business field, strong English, some Dutch proficiency preferred, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO+ / HBO level in a business-related subject or comparable business experience.
• Good level of English; Dutch it is preferable, but not a hard requirement.
• Customer focused and service-minded with outstanding communication skills.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
• Good people manager.
• Be able to push back to customers/transporters.
• Capable of working in a team.
• Good practice in MS office.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems it is preferable.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• as a Customer Service Employee, you will be managing the daily operations for our pharmaceutical customers.
• Tasks include processing of the daily order flow through order entry, managing the incoming goods inventory management invoicing reporting to customers guiding and handling complaints and irregularities coordinating both national and international shipments, complying with agreed procedures and monitoring compliance with these procedures on behalf of client(s), while specifically taking into account quality, efficiency, costs, environment, product characteristics, batches/lot numbers, and quantities
• In the process you are directly in contact with both the customers as our internal departments such as warehouse, transport planning, and quality

Requirements (Full Time)

• Minimum MBO+ / HBO level in a business-related subject or comparable business experience

Salary

A start salary between €3034 and €3840 gross monthly based on 40 hours.
