Job summary

411 SFDC Netherlands B.V. is seeking an AI Builder, Emerging Talent for the Finnish Market to develop real-time AI agents and architect scalable solutions. You will collaborate with client teams and senior developers across JavaScript, Python, and Apex, turning business challenges into agentic outcomes.

You will work in a cross-functional, client-facing pod with mentorship and access to advanced AI tools, while travel of 25–50% is expected to work directly with customers.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• Deep experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and a true AI native mindset.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and real‑time infrastructure.
• Ability to engage sales teams and customers confidently.
• Fluency in English and Finnish.
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% of the time to work directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop real‑time AI agents that take real actions for Fortune 500 companies.
• Design agent intelligence, prompts, reasoning, tool calls and architecture leveraging AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
• Collaborate with other Builders to architect, build, debug, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate business challenges into agentic solutions and present consultatively.
• Test, iterate, ship, and own the work from day one.
