Job summary

ofi is seeking an experienced Non-Commodity Procurement Category Manager – Services, EMEA to lead strategy across HR, Facility Management, General & Professional Services, and Waste Management. You will drive cost savings and sustainability while ensuring compliance and supplier performance.

In this role you will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers across diverse markets to deliver value and operational excellence, with occasional travel within the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement with a focus on indirect services at regional/m multinational level.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies for services procurement across EMEA (HR, Facility Management, Services, Waste Management).
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including market analysis, RFx, negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance management.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and risk mitigation.
• Drive cost optimization through supplier consolidation and process improvements while ensuring service quality and compliance.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and business reviews to monitor contracts.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Sustainability, and Finance to align procurement strategies with business needs.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to anticipate risks and opportunities.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, legal requirements, and ethics.
• Lead or support cross-regional projects to standardize best practices across EMEA.
