Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial experience in Contract Logistics.
• Proven ability to build and expand relationships with multinational customers and senior decision-makers.
• Strong commercial acumen to identify and drive opportunities across multiple countries and markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth plans across the EMEA region by translating global strategies into priorities.
• Drive strategic growth opportunities across EMEA and guide customer engagement lifecycle progress.
• Provide commercial leadership across country business development organizations to achieve growth and retention objectives.
• Build executive-level relationships with customers, expanding networks of key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and deliver value.
• Coach and develop commercial teams across EMEA to attract and retain top talent.
• Capture and communicate market, customer, and competitive intelligence for strategic decisions.
• Lead the commercial agenda in the EMEA Contract Logistics leadership team for growth and retention.
• Ensure alignment with operational teams to guarantee customer success.
