Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Manager for its Content Programming Strategy & Operations (CPS&O) team based in Amsterdam. The role leads pan-EMEA programming and licensing strategy, advising senior content leadership on strategic directions across the region.

You will partner with Content, Finance & Strategy, Marketing, Product, Consumer Insights, and global CPS&O to develop a holistic view of the EMEA content slate and guide critical content decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in media/entertainment/streaming, management consulting, investment banking, or similar strategy/analytical role
• Deep knowledge of TV/film content landscape, licensing, acquisitions, windowing strategies, or programming operations
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and present to senior executives clearly
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Ability to build cross-functional alignment in a fast-changing, matrixed organization
• Independent work style with multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Curiosity about industry trends and competitive intelligence
• Passion for entertainment and content consumption
• Excellent MS Excel / PowerPoint and Google Sheets / Slides; familiarity with Tableau/Airtable is a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as thought partner to EMEA content/acquisitions leadership on programming priorities and investments
• Pitch and develop ideas shaping programming across the region
• Lead special projects and present strategic recommendations to Netflix leadership
• Consolidate input from local CPS&O leads into a pan-EMEA view for key decisions
• Build frameworks for portfolio decisions across licensed titles, including prioritization and sizing
• Coordinate EMEA licensing efforts and align with global licensing teams
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Content, Finance & Strategy, Marketing, Product, Insights, global CPS&O) and cascade updates
