Delta Electronics EMEA seeks a Product Manager to drive the strategy and roadmap for industrial power supply products across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and supply chain to define requirements and launch plans.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of product management experience in power electronics, with Mandarin and English fluency, and a willingness to travel ~30%. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in power electrical engineering is required.

Competenze

• Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in power electrical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of proven project/product management experience in defining product strategy and launching products.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent negotiation skills and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and needs.
