Job summary

Harman Consumer Holland is seeking a Director of Project Management - EMEA based in Amsterdam. You will lead a 6-person project and process management team, ensuring programs are delivered on scope, budget, and quality across the EMEA region.

The role involves coordinating with regional and global leadership, developing a rolling 18-month roadmap, and enforcing PMO governance while aligning with business needs. A hybrid work setup in Amsterdam is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of related project/portfolio management experience.
• Proven leadership of a project/program management function.
• Experience with major program management methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6 project and process management professionals.
• Maintain a governance system to centrally build and develop the project portfolio.
• Develop a rolling 18 month project roadmap, assign project managers and monitor schedules.
• Coordinate feasibility assessments for new initiatives, including cost, schedules, capabilities, resource availability, and contractual obligations.
• Resolve project management resource conflicts and escalate as needed.
