Job summary

Nike is seeking a Senior Assortment Planner to own the EMEA Nike SKIMS Assortment Plan across Sport and Marketplace, translating strategic priorities into a clear demand signal. You will work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sport teams, Sales, and Supply & Inventory Management to optimize profitability and inventory.

The ideal candidate is analytical with knowledge of sport, product lifecycles, and marketplace segmentation, able to influence partners with data and drive day-to-day

• Marketplace and segmentation knowledge across channels and marketplace units.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the EMEA Nike SKIMS Assortment Plan across Sport and Marketplace to translate priorities into a clear demand signal.
• Manage Open-to-Buy plans and validate them through rolling Stock & Sales Plans to optimize sales, margin, inventory, and product health.
• Oversee Franchise and Product Family health against global targets and define planning ownership across marketplace units.
• Define allocations for globally constrained Franchises or Product Families for cross-functional management.
• Drive Responsive and Always Available plans for seasons 1 to 6, including validated forecasts and inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Nike Direct, Sales, Supply & Inventory Management, and Sport teams to optimize key seasonal moments.
• Independently drive day-to-day project activities across a significant portion of the Sport Planning scope.
