Job summary

Specialized in the Netherlands is seeking an EMEA Logistics Continuous Improvement Specialist for a project assignment (up to 12 months). The role focuses on driving continuous improvement across logistics operations in EMEA, turning data into actionable insights, and delivering KPI dashboards and reporting tools.

You will coordinate cross-functional activities with Sales, IT, Finance, and 3PLs, and lead UAT and readiness activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, analytics or a related field.
2–5 years in logistics, supply chain, project coordination, or continuous improvement.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into improvements.
Advanced Excel and data visualization; Power BI a plus.
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or similar.

Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across EMEA logistics operations.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Finance, IT and 3PLs to deliver improvements.
Coordinate project activities, risk management, process docs, testing, and implementation.
Develop project plans, process maps, SOPs and implementation docs.
Analyze end-to-end logistics processes and identify root causes for improvements.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools.
Prepare project updates, presentations and stakeholder materials.
