Job summary

Delta Electronics EMEA in Hoofddorf is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Key Account client projects across EMEA, ensuring deliverables meet scope and budget while coordinating with Delta colleagues and partners. You will lead planning, risk management, and stakeholder communications, travel as required, and develop detailed plans and documentation to support project success.

This role requires 2–4 years ICT project management experience in power infrastructure and strong English; PMP/PRINCE

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of ICT project management experience in power infrastructure.
• English is mandatory; other European languages are a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• PMP or PRINCE II certifications are a plus.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures in the field.
• Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
• A broad degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure on-time, within scope and within budget project delivery.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs using verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report to management as needed and escalate when necessary.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Meet with clients to gather detailed ordering briefs and clarify requirements.
• Track project performance toward short and long-term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust constraints based on financial analysis.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to share with clients and staff.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
• Develop leadership skills and continually improve.
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
• Business travel is mandatory depending on project requirements.
