Job summary

Brooks Running is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for the EMEA region, based in Amsterdam. You will partner with department leaders to drive talent management, performance, and succession planning while shaping Brooks’ culture and employee experience.

You will serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, talent assessment, and change management, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong business partnerships. English is required; German or French skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in an international environment.
• Experience scaling an organization through a steep ramp.
• Knowledge of current trends in talent management.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills across all levels.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Proficient business English; additional EU languages (German/French) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategies to build talent capability and shape Brooks’ culture, including Talent Management, Performance Management and Succession Planning.
• Partner with leaders to enhance team performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate on org design, talent assessment, and change management strategies.
• Assess current and future talent needs and develop workforce plans.
• Champion DEI across all HR activities and programs.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements for day-to-day HR management in EMEA.
• Lead merit increase and bonus review processes with pay equity focus.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations and performance issues.
• Communicate HR initiatives and coordinate service delivery with partner groups.
