Job summary
Accenture is seeking an External Talent Strategy Lead for EMEA to shape the External Talent strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa within Global Procurement. You will design, define, and drive initiatives with regional/global stakeholders and manage analytics-driven decision making across supplier management and workforce solutions.
You will collaborate with Procurement, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Business Leadership to deliver innovative External Talent
Qualifications
- Experience in procurement, workforce strategy, or related strategic function.
- Experience in global or regional matrix organizations.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management and program leadership.
- Procurement and supplier management experience.
- Experience with strategic sourcing and RFP management.
- Advanced data analytics and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the EMEA External Talent strategy.
- Build relationships with regional and global stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives on vendor management and workforce solutions.
- Monitor supplier performance and spend analytics.
- Drive supplier selection and strategic negotiations.
