Job summary

Citi is seeking a Corporate Finance Transactor to originate, structure and execute debt solutions for mid-market clients across EMEA. You will work with Corporate & Sponsor Finance teams, product specialists and industry bankers.

This full-time role requires 2–4 years banking experience, strong financial modelling skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. You will help manage deal pipelines, prepare materials and assist with credit approvals.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years banking or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and capital markets.
• Exposure to syndicated loans and capital market solutions.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial databases (Factset, CapitalIQ, Dealogic).
