Job summary

Hunter Douglas is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement / HDMS Lead to drive operational excellence across EMEA Supply Chain sites. The role partners with site leadership, functional teams, and the Global HDMS Team to standardise practices, enable data‑driven decisions, and raise efficiency and quality.

You will champion CI, lead the CoE for the region, and coordinate regional HDMS programmes while promoting knowledge sharing and a central CI repository for standards and tools.

Qualifications

• Vast experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Process Engineering.
• Strong background in Lean methodologies (certification or equivalent practical experience).
• Master's or bachelor's degree in a business-related or engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement across Supply Chain sites in the EMEA zone.
• Lead the Continuous Improvement Centre of Excellence (CoE) for the region.
• Coordinate the regional HDMS programme in close partnership with the Global HDMS Team.
• Support sites through HDMS implementation and certification, working with HDMS Pillar Owners.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing forums and promote adoption of best practices across the network.
• Establish and maintain a central repository for CI standards, tools, and best practices.
