Isispace group in the Netherlands is seeking an Embedded Firmware Engineer for the Power Systems product line. You will update embedded software for satellite power systems, focusing on STM32 microcontrollers including drivers, communication, safety logic, and application code.

You will work on modernizing firmware, review and document architectures, and collaborate with engineering and product teams. Proficiency in Python and C++, Git, and strong problem-solving and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years experience with Python and C++, Git.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Structured work approach and continuous learning.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and improve embedded software for legacy products.
• Review and document code and architectures to ensure long-term maintainability.
• Investigate issues and provide software support to customers as required.
• Coordinate with engineering, product management and other internal stakeholders to align priorities.
• Develop solutions using Python and C++ with Git.
• Analyze complex problems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
