Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Delft seeks an experienced Process Engineer with electronics knowledge to join our production team for global hardware assembly operations.

You will drive process planning, optimization of layouts, and process improvements while ensuring compliance and quality across multiple devices and test regimes. Fluency in Dutch and English is required to collaborate across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in electronics manufacturing and testing with strong circuit knowledge.
• Broad knowledge of electronic products and assembly processes.
• Create and update SOPs and work instructions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Drive standardization, digitalization and continuous improvement on the floor.
• Manage multiple priorities, assess risks, and propose solutions.
• Results-driven with growth mindset and presentation skills.
• Independent worker with business objectives focus.
• Proficient in Oracle, shopfloor, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-quality assembly and testing of complex devices.
• Support global hardware production operations in Delft with process engineering expertise.
• Plan production and processes, optimize staffing and layouts.
• Drive process improvements and data-driven decision making.
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality assurance on the floor.
