Job summary

Malvern Panalytical in Eindhoven, NL, is seeking an Equipment Engineer (Electronics / Industrial Automation) to help define and implement the roadmap for X-ray tubes and detectors. You will work in Manufacturing Engineering within a multidisciplinary team to develop high-tech equipment and advanced system modules in a dynamic, international setting.

The role focuses on electronics, machine controls, high voltage and industrial automation, with opportunities for leadership and close collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics or Industrial Automation.
Experience with LabVIEW, PLCs, data acquisition and data analysis.
Strong project leadership potential and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Develop high-tech equipment for X-ray tubes and detectors.
Work on electronics and machine controls across high voltage, high vacuum, and precision processes.
Collaborate with Process Engineering, Maintenance, R&D and operations and external partners.
Take on project leadership for future equipment as needed.
Establish data-driven, Factory 4.0 style industrial infrastructure.
Provide ~25% time supporting production to troubleshoot issues.
