Job summary

Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, seeks an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our engineering team as a consultant. You will design and validate analog and digital circuits, turning concepts into functional hardware from prototyping to production.

You will work in multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-speed, low-noise, and precision performance, mentoring juniors and applying DfX principles in fast-moving, technically challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in analog and digital circuit design.
• Strong knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design analog and digital circuits for high-performance systems.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts and design specs.
• Support hardware lifecycle from prototyping to manufacturing transfer.
• Perform circuit simulation and verification for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integration.
• Lead or contribute to prototype builds and debugging.
• Apply DfX principles (DfM, DfT, thermal management) for manufacturability.
• Assist with risk assessments and validation plans in regulated environments.
• Contribute to power supply, connectivity modules, and mixed-signal systems.
• Provide input for exploratory projects and rapid prototyping.
• Document designs and maintain traceability in PLM systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
