Job summary

Veco is a world‑leading manufacturer of micro‑precision parts. We are looking for a Process Engineer to drive the industrialization of electroforming technologies in our production environment, designing experiments, analysing results, and embedding robust processes across the organization.

You will lead technology projects, develop plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with suppliers, universities and institutes to transfer new tech to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering).
• Around 3+ years’ experience in industrial process/technology development.
• Strong hands‑on, analytical and project management skills.
• Experience with innovation implementation in production environments.
• Knowledge of electrodeposition (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support technology development and implementation projects.
• Design experimental setups, analyze data, and define follow‑up actions.
• Ensure process stability, capability, and cost‑efficient production scaling.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and upscale risks where needed.
• Identify and assess emerging technologies and trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (suppliers, universities, institutes).
• Enable smooth transfer of new technologies to operations.
