Job summary

Qualifications

• Electrical bias is essential and relevant electrical qualifications are required.
• Multiskilled across electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Experience in fast-paced, safety-driven environments.
• Strong fault-finding skills in electrical, mechanical and PLC domains.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and operate workshop tools.
• Experience/certifications in automation, PLCs and robotics are highly desirable.
• Safety-conscious, adaptable and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain manufacturing assets as part of a multi-skilled team.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive reliability improvements.
• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance with safety procedures.
• Suggest process improvements in maintenance practices.
• Support site reliability by identifying failure modes and trends.
• Assist site projects and change initiatives as needed.
• Ensure tasks are risk-assessed and logged in the CMMS.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and supervise contractors.
