Job summary

Neste is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor to join the Investment Project Execution & Governance team in Rotterdam, NL. You will support Construction Managers in safety, quality, schedule and budget execution across multiple projects.

You will verify engineering deliverables, manage permits and ensure coordination with site teams and maintenance/operations. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with a focus on safe and compliant project execution.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 in Electrical & Instrumentation or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction of process plants.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch & English.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to engineering processes regarding technical solutions and perform site surveys for optimization.
• Check engineering packages for completeness and feasibility through field checks and advise the Construction Manager.
• Verify MTOs against drawings and ensure material orders are complete.
• Participate in constructability reviews and engineering meetings as needed.
• Maintain daily alignment with discipline contractors and provide field supervision on safety, quality and coordination.
• Sign off contractor time registrations and review extra or less work.
• Coordinate projects with Maintenance, Operations, and Permit Issuer.
• Conduct safety rounds and log observations in Synergi and report unsafe situations.
