Job summary

Jobtailor in Amsterdam seeks an internship focused on Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) onboarding, governance, and data support. You’ll collaborate with the Global EHS community to standardize docs and deploy onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the internship duration.
• Bachelor’s or master’s in Environmental Engineering/Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; willing to learn Canva, Tableau/Power BI, SharePoint.
• Excellent social and communication skills; ability to build relationships across functions and cultures.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Support development, training, and deployment of the EHS Onboarding Process with the Global EHS community


• Standardize documentation to ensure compliance with the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) and external parties


• Learn and use Microsoft SharePoint creation and management tools to support the EHS Global SharePoint Integration Project


• Support the cross-zone EHS team in analyzing EHS events and developing high-level insights for the global EHS community


• Strengthen governance and controls of EHS processes and routines


• Take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges


• Interact with global leaders across Operational Excellence, Engineering, and ESG

Requirements

• Enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the internship duration


• At the end of a bachelor’s degree or in a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering/Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a similar background


• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills


• Willingness to learn Canva, Tableau/Power BI, SharePoint, and related business tools


• Excellent social and communication skills


• Ability to develop relationships with team members from different functions, backgrounds, and cultures


• Proactive, curious, enthusiastic, and resilient when facing resistance


• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
