Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is looking for a motivated EHS Consultant in Utrecht, Netherlands. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering high-quality Environmental, Health & Safety solutions through effective project execution and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities include conducting EHS audits, developing risk assessments, and collaborating with teams to integrate sustainability initiatives. Applicants should have a BSc or MSc in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in EHS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting or significant EHS exposure.
• Fluency in Dutch and English required.
• Solid business acumen to understand client challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of EHS diagnostics, audits and compliance assessments.
• Provide technical assistance in EHS audits and site assessments.
• Contribute to the development of EHS standards, EIAs, and technical reports.
• Support integration of sustainability initiatives into client operations.
• Assist in development of risk assessments and health & safety procedures.
• Prepare high-quality deliverables under guidance of senior consultants.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication.
