Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital content creation and knowledge management.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex business topics into clear, engaging content.
• Experience with content governance, editorial planning, and cross-channel delivery.
• Experience briefing and managing agencies, overseeing budgets.

Responsibilities
