TUBBLE, based in Amsterdam, seeks an E-commerce Manager to own our online growth across the webshop and marketplaces.

You will lead three interns, drive listing quality, pricing, promotions, and customer experience, and turn data into action while coordinating inventory with operations. This role offers ownership and impact within a small, ambitious team.

E-commerce Manager

Take ownership of TUBBLE’s online growth. You’ll run our webshop and marketplaces, improve conversion, and turn data into action. You’ll lead three interns across marketing and content, with the freedom and responsibility to get things done.

Your responsibilities

What you bring

• Proven experience growing a webshop or marketplace business.
• Strong analytical skills and practical knowledge of e-commerce platforms, analytics, and digital marketing.
• Clear communication, team leadership, and strong organizational skills.

What we offer

• €2,500–€3,500 gross per month, depending on experience, plus a bonus linked to EBITDA. 70k - 100k OTE
