Job summary

JDE Peet's — now part of Keurig Dr Pepper — is seeking an E-Procurement Specialist to optimize global Source-to-Pay and maximize impact of e-procurement platforms. You will bridge procurement strategy with finance, IT and regional teams, own performance, establish controls, and elevate user experience and spend visibility across a truly international organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Operations, or Information Systems.
• 5+ years in procurement operations, e-procurement, or Source-to-Pay optimization in an international environment.
• Hands-on with SAP and e-procurement or guided-buying platforms.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Drive global adoption and governance of e-procurement across the Source-to-Pay workflow.
• Create and deliver high-impact training programs for key users on guided buying flows and best practices.
• Monitor Source-to-Pay transactions against compliance policies, ensuring master data integrity.
• Define operational KPIs, analyze platform usage, and deliver insights to optimize global procurement operations.
• Lead business readiness, user acceptance testing (UAT), and cross-functional continuous improvement projects.

Your key focus areas:

• Drive global adoption and governance of e-procurement platforms across the Source-to-Pay workflow.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

This assignment is for the duration of 6 months.

• A salary between €5000 and €6000 gross per month based on 40 hours
• A monthly Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 8.76% of your salary that you can flexibly deploy
• A good travel allowance; 100% public transport reimbursement or € 0.23 per km
• 25 vacation days; 5 days can be included in the IKB budget
