Job summary

MSD is seeking an Extractables & Leachables Specialist to assess risks for packaging materials, process contacts, and devices within an international Animal Health context.

You will coordinate testing programs, interpret results, and prepare technical reports to support commercial products and development projects while ensuring compliance with global regulations and quality frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience in extractables and leachables risk assessments in regulated pharma.
• Ability to prepare and review technical documentation and reports.
• Experience supporting audits, regulatory submissions, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct E&L risk assessments for packaging materials and devices.
• Coordinate E&L testing programs and interpret results.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for audits and submissions.
• Support changes in packaging and process materials with E&L input.
• Collaborate with Packaging, Quality, Regulatory, and R&D teams.
