Job summary

You will manage a team of 5–10, align work with stakeholders, drive reliability improvements, and support stops and complex projects, while maintaining strong safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO-4 diploma in a technical field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in chemical or process industries.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Knowledge of safety, environment, ARBO and applicable regulations.
• Experience with SAP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance work.
• Supervise a team of 5–10 technicians.
• Prioritize tasks with customers and stakeholders based on planning and safety.
• Conduct toolbox talks and performance reviews.
• Manage personnel matters such as leave, time tracking and illness.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Planning and Contractors.
• Support stops and maintenance projects.
• Contribute to improvement of maintenance processes.
• Ensure installations perform optimally and contribute to reliability.
