Job summary

E-Tales is a digital commerce agency based in Groningen with around twenty colleagues. You will coordinate e-commerce projects, support planning, and work with developers and marketing colleagues to keep projects well organized and on track.

You’ll focus on timely planning, clear action points, and smooth communication between project leaders and the rest of the team, with opportunities to grow into a project leader role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support planning for e-commerce projects.
• Check user stories for completeness before development.
• Manage planning and keep developers' priorities visible.
• Safeguard estimates and deadlines.
• Support project leaders with client presentations and status reports.
• Track open actions and ensure follow-up.
• Record action points from meetings and monitor progress.
• Prepare invoices and match with work performed.
• Oversee tools, licenses and updates used by clients.
• Assist internal and marketing projects and clarify priorities.
• Collaborate with developers, marketing and project management.
