Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking an E-Commerce Content System Specialist to join the Global Team. You will configure promotions, create SEO-driven landing pages, and implement brand content while collaborating for continuous improvements.

You will guard content quality and plan all content activities, working closely with a fast-paced, international team in an agile setup. You will review features, test new options, report bugs, and optimize conversions with CRO specialists.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in CMS management (Magento 2 and Hygraph).
• Experience configuring products, promotions and content in a CMS.
• Technical and analytical mindset with creativity.
• Ability to lead or support multiple cross-functional teams.
• Experience in UX research, A/B testing tools and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Aggressive attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test new promotion possibilities.
• Create landing pages based on SEO strategy.
• Implement brand content, campaigns and technical improvements.
• Be the first point of contact for on-site issues.
• Contribute to development for continuous improvement and bug reporting.
• Drive conversion optimization with CRO specialists based on testing.
• Advise the team on technical CMS options.
