Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking an E-Commerce Content System Specialist to join our Global Team. You’ll configure promotions, create SEO-driven landing pages, implement brand content, and collaborate across markets in an agile environment to improve the online experience.

In this role you will guard content quality, lead or support cross-functional initiatives, and work with Magento 2 and Hygraph to optimize conversions, test features, and report issues.

Qualifications

• 5 years of CMS experience, with a preference for Magento 2 and Hygraph.
• Experience configuring products, promotions and content within CMS.
• Technical and analytical, also creative.
• Ability to work in multiple cross-functional teams, providing leadership or support.
• Experience in UX research, A/B testing tools and Google Analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and testing new promotion possibilities.
• Creating new landing pages based on SEO strategy.
• Implementing brand content, campaigns and technical improvements.
• First point of contact for on site issues.
• Part of development team for continuous improvement, testing new features and reporting bugs.
• Optimize conversions together with CRO specialists based on testing.
• Provide advice to the team on technical options within the CMS.
