Job summary

hef-associates is seeking an Interim Test Coordinator to lead the testing phase of a Dynamics 365 F&O and CE implementation. You will coordinate risk-based testing across multiple streams and ensure data integrity between systems while maintaining MVP go-live confidence.

The role requires hands-on testing, strong communication with business stakeholders and partners, and the ability to work within a security-conscious environment during a global rollout.

Qualifications

• Agile mindset and ability to bring structure to testing without excessive bureaucracy.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate business stakeholders and implementation partner.
• Experience coordinating integrated ERP testing in an international setting.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O is strongly preferred; CE is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage a structured testing approach across several streams.
• Validate data exchange and synchronization between D365 F&O and CE via Dual Write.
• Coordinate functional testing based on existing test scenarios and regression testing.
• Validate document templates (invoices, shipping docs) for layout accuracy.
• Coordinate initial integration testing for order allocation, delivery confirmation, and inventory postings.
• Organize and facilitate approximately 40 end-to-end scenarios and final user acceptance testing.
