Job summary

Rhenus Logistics Rotterdam is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator for the Special Services team. You will coordinate and monitor end-to-end logistics activities, with a focus on air and ocean forwarding, ensuring shipments are handled accurately and efficiently.

You will liaise with customers, carriers and colleagues, respond swiftly to urgent requests, and use WMS systems to keep processes running smoothly in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant logistics/ forwarding experience.
• Broad logistics knowledge with focus on air and ocean forwarding.
• Able to respond quickly to urgent requests and maintain overview.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor logistics activities in Special Services.
• Work with air and ocean forwarding processes to ensure accurate handling.
• Communicate with customers, carriers and colleagues to resolve urgent issues.
• Utilize WMS systems to keep processes running smoothly.
