Job summary

Rituals is offering a Business Support Intern role at our head office in Amsterdam. You will join the Business Support, Travel & Events team to help keep daily operations efficient, organized, and well-documented across global travel and internal events.

As part of a young, enthusiastic team, you’ll learn about planning, cost management and stakeholder communication while contributing to both international travel and internal events. The internship is full-time and located in central Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in university for the full duration of the internship
• Available full-time (40 hours)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational tasks in Business Travel and Internal Events
• Assist with travel administration, traveller profile management, reporting and data maintenance
• Support travel policy compliance and travel spend monitoring
• Coordinate internal events and ensure smooth logistics
