Challenger Brands is seeking a proactive Trade Marketing & Brand Specialist to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. This role blends Trade Marketing with Brand Management, owning campaign execution, marketing materials, and coordinating digital content across our brand portfolio.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will boost brand visibility, support commercial growth, and ensure consistent communication across touchpoints from retail floors to social media feeds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• Excellent English communication skills and strong written/verbal communication.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of executing with precision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies across multiple brands and channels.
• Independently manage projects, from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials for retail and events.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and agencies to ensure cost-effective outputs.
• Monitor market and consumer trends to refine strategies and increase relevance.
• Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and optimize as needed.
• Oversee online marketing activities and content calendars for brand channels.
• Manage digital content creation and social media execution to ensure consistent brand presence.
• Align messaging with commercial and marketing objectives.
• Support development of brand campaigns and product storytelling.
