Cityden Aparthotels offers a Duty Management Intern role where you participate in daily hotel operations and develop into an independent Duty Manager under the guidance of the Hotel Manager.

During your internship, you will get to know the entire hotel operation. You will work with Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B, among others, and will be given more and more responsibility. You will be trained to work independently as a Duty Manager and to manage the team. You keep an overview, support colleagues and make guests feel welcome. From unexpected situations to guest questions and complaints: you will learn how to switch quickly and always look for a suitable solution. In addition, you will be involved in administrative tasks, such as cash management, time registration and month-end closings. You also play an important role in guest satisfaction by managing reviews and following up on guest feedback. There is plenty of room to think about improvements, new ideas and more efficient working methods within the organization.
You are following a college degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or a similar field and are available for at least six months.
You will receive an internship allowance of €900 per month based on a full-time internship.
