Zoomcar is seeking a Systems Engineer, Territory to support our sales organization across the Netherlands. The successful candidate will enhance customer interactions by providing technical insights during pre-sales and sales calls.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• Strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP.
• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint (Pre-sales).
• Be the main technical resource on sales calls and educate customers.
• Provide assistance to identified customers with post-sales training.
