Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in systems engineering or technical pre-sales support.
• Strong understanding of various networking protocols and technologies.
• Experience with DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Act as the main technical resource on sales calls.
• Provide post-sales training to identified customers.
