Job summary

EngageTech is seeking an SDR to sit at the top of the sales funnel, helping drive new business opportunities for our clients. You’ll learn to start conversations with business leaders, build confidence in a fast-paced environment, and grow through hands-on coaching and feedback.

No previous sales experience is required. Our world-class 3-month training academy equips you with everything you need to succeed and start earning commission from day one.

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilient, positive mindset when facing challenges.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business conversations through outbound prospecting and high-volume calling.
• Learn to communicate with business leaders across industries from startups to global companies.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand goals, challenges and priorities.
• Stay organized and manage outreach activity in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Collaborate with teammates, managers and clients to share insights and celebrate progress.
• Represent EngageTech professionally as a key first contact for prospects.
