Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to join our remote team in Greece with full relocation support from EU countries.

You will handle inquiries, investigate issues, promote platform safety, and use data to improve the user experience while enjoying a flexible remote setup in Greece.

Relocation includes flight, hotel, airport pickup and housing support; base pay up to €1,500 gross per month with 14 salaries and a €250 monthly performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1-C2) and English (B2+)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
• Familiarity with digital platforms (training provided)
