Job summary

FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to join a Greece-based, fully remote team with relocation support. You will help users, resolve issues, and promote safety in an international, purpose-driven environment.

Relocation includes flight, hotel, airport pickup, and real estate fees. Base salary up to €1500 gross per month, paid 14 times yearly, plus a bonus up to €250 per month.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1–C2) and English (B2+) required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with digital platforms (training provided).
