Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Greece is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to join our remote team. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide users through platform policies.

This role offers full relocation support, EU flight tickets, 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pickup, and work-from-home flexibility. Base pay is up to €1,500 gross per month with 14 salaries and a monthly bonus up to €250.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1–C2) and English (B2+).
