Job summary

Youwe, a digital agency, seeks a Product Owner to move across scalable platforms, web apps, and client transformations. You bridge client needs with our multidisciplinary team, translating requirements into roadmaps and a sharply prioritized backlog.

You’ll be the client’s go-to for scope, budget, and planning. With 5+ years in product ownership or senior project roles, you’ll guide agile teams, collaborate with engineers and designers, and ensure value delivery for key accounts while balancing

Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or technical project manager in software/agency environments.
In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to inspire a team.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
Bachelor’s or Master’s level of working and thinking (HBO/WO).

Responsibilities

Develop a clear product vision and translate client needs into a concrete strategy and prioritized roadmap.
Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog and write clear user stories for the development and design team.
Run advisory sessions with clients and balance client experience, budget, and planning.
Steer decisions using data and user insights.
Review and approve delivered functionality.
